I found the staff friendly. They stored my dog's food in their fridge. i appreciated that the team also suggested a local vet (only 12 minutes away). dog bowls and treats were even provided upon arrival for my furry friend, a really nice touch i did not expect. the hotel is in a quiet, safe residential area with free nearby parking.

The staff was helpful. I especially appreciated the complimentary fridge in my room. It was a useful addition. The breakfast offered a plentiful selection with hot items like eggs, bacon, and sausage, all regularly replenished. I also found free parking just a short walk from the accommodation to be very useful.
I found the mattress to be somewhat soft and moving, this affected sleep quality.
